La Groumelle is set in grounds of approximately two acres beyond which lie vineyards, fruit orchards and woodland. Directly outside the house is a large graveled terrace looking out across La Groumelle's own vines to the valley beyond and shaded by several mature trees.
There are two large stone tables for al fresco dining, one in the enclosed courtyard surrounded by stone walls, climbing roses and Provencal herbs and one larger table situated under the leafy branches of the quince trees on the terrace beside the house's water well.
From the terrace there is a small path that leads to a grass lawn and stone benches with views looking up to the medieval, hilltop village of Menerbes. There is also a swimming pool surrounded by local stone and plane trees as well as an all weather tennis court.
